Notice on personal data protection, pursuant to the Italian article 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196, DATED 30 JUNE 2003

In accordance with the provisions laid down in Article 13, Legislative Decree dated 30 June 2003, Prossima Isola srl, with registered office in via Castelsardo, 2 - 07100 Sassari - Italy, in its capacity as data controller, informs the concerned parties of the purposes and methods of processing of the personal data collected through its website www.whereisnow.com, its scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of its submission.

Personal information (name, surname, e-mail address, VAT identification number in case of companies) collected by registering to enter the website www.whereisnow.com, is directly processed and used to fulfill purposes that are instrumental to the provision of the service http://www.whereisnow.com in full compliance with the principles of permissibility and fairness as well as the provisions of law.

Personal information is processed through computer procedures or means of telecommunication by internal staff appointed for the purpose. The information is stored in computer and electronic files at the hosting service provider, and the minimum security measures set forth in Italian D.Lgs 196/2003 and the annexes thereto are ensured, as for suitable hosting agreements previously entered into.

In particular, pursuant to Art. 7, the concerned party is entitled to be told whether any personal data is held, which is related to him/her, even if not registered yet, and to be supplied with a copy thereof in an intelligible form.

    The concerned party is entitled to be informed of:

  4. details of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to 2nd para. of Article 5;
  5. the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may have knowledge thereof in their capacity as designed representative within the territory of the state, data processors or persons in charge of processing.

  6. to have such data updated, corrected or, when so interested, supplemented;
  7. to have such data erased, transformed into an anonymous form, or blocked with regard to the data processing unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
  8. to be supplied with a statement to the effect that the procedures as specified under letters a) and b) have been made known, also in respect of the content thereof, to those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or entails a clearly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.

    9. The concerned party is entitled to object in whole or in part:
