WhereIsNow helps your company to achieve this goal. With WhereIsNow, when one of your customers want to find the updated version of one of your documents, he can get it with just a click, by using the appropriate WhereIsNow plugin.
By subscribing a free WhereIsNow account you can manage the updates of up to 50 documents with a unique PublisherID. If you need to publish more than 50 documents at a time, consider to subscribe a premium account. A Whereisnow premium account allows your company to manage as many documents as you need and to receive our professional support, consulting and development services.
- Support: our premium clients can choose one of the following three level of support ( 2 working days, 1 working days, 4-hours during working days ).
- Consulting: we help your company to design a strategy to review and optimize your IT processes using WhereIsNow.
- Development services: we can develop a plugin or integrate WhereIsNow with your company's applications to meet your specific and unique requirements. Let us know how you want to use WhereIsNow and we'll provide a tailored solution that fits perfectly into your business processes.
WhereIsNow™ as a product
Do the employees of your company share documents using a proprietary expensive Document Management System? WhereIsNow™ is easier, it does not force you to use a specific set of file formats, a centralized storage or an addressing protocol. Your employees can save their documents wherever they want, they only need to update the shared address on WhereIsNow™.
- Licensing: We provide you a commercial license for one year allowing you to receive the software and all the upgrades made available during the year. The upgrades of the WhereIsNow™ as a product may follow a different timeline than the releases of the Whereisnow web site. All our plugin are licensed as for the WhereIsNow™ Internet service, please verify each license from our plugin download area.
- Installation & configuration: our technicians will setup the software and all the needed networking configuration in your site if you don't want to do it yourself.
- Training: We provide a full intensive 2 days course both online or on your site.
- Support: our customers can choose one of the following three level of remote support ( 2 working days, 1 working days, 4-hours during working days )
